What shipping methods do we offer?

We offer multiple shipping options: Royal Mail 48 – Free, arrives in 2–3 business days. Royal Mail 24 – £4.99, arrives the next business day. Yodel - Rates shown at checkout are based on your customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions, 3 business days. DPD - Rates shown at checkout are based on your customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions, 1 business day.

How fast is shipping?

If the item is in stock, it typically ships within 3 business days and often quicker.

Sourcing

What does it mean when a product says “This item may need to be sourced”?

Some items may not be in stock at the time of purchase, but we can usually source them very quickly from our partners.

What items can we source?

We can source a wide range of products including sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles. Just reach out using our “Source For Me” contact form and we’ll do the rest.

What happens if we can’t source my item?

In the rare case that we’re unable to source your item, we’ll issue a full refund as soon as we confirm its unavailability.

Are all of our items authentic?

Yes. All products are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted major retailers.

Returns

Do we accept returns?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
