Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging and any included accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@aftermkt.co.uk. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that have been opened and used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. Due to the nature of trading card products and collectibles, sealed items must remain unopened to be eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
