Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed.

Once your order has been packed and prepared, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the courier and service selected.

We offer multiple shipping options:

  • Royal Mail 48 (Free) – Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days

  • Royal Mail 24 (£4.99) – Estimated delivery in 1 business day

  • DPD – Estimated delivery in 1 business day (rates calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and dimensions)

  • Yodel – Estimated delivery in 3 business days (rates calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and dimensions)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method, destination, and order weight.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email where available.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or busy seasonal periods.
